My Experience: This was launched a while back in U.S and I got my hands on it before it launched in India and I was so happy when it finally launched in India because I definitely love it. It has become one of my fav go to mascara in a short span. The cost is obviously more in India but Nykaa usually has an offer where you can get it at Rs 500/- (which bring it close to Maybelline mascara price but still expensive comparatively).

A lot of bloggers compared this to Too Faced Better then Sex mascara, I have no idea because I haven’t used the Too Faced mascara but the wand and bristles do look similar if you see the pictures online. Infact a lot of bloggers prefer Loreal Lash paradise over Too Faced Better then Sex mascara. I love the packaging, it looks sleek and fancy in pale pink and gold tube. Gives the feel of an high end mascara.

The wand looks quite simple with small bristles all over close to each other. The bristles are made of nylon but are soft. The thickness of the bristles is, what is different about the wand. It deposits a lot of product on your lashes giving full volume. It also gives length to your lashes giving you best of both worlds.

The formula of L’Oreal Mascaras are usually wet and sticky that’s the only con I have with the mascara. I don’t like the sticky feeling but it obviously goes away in few hours. A lot of people prefer when the formula dries a bit but I don’t because it does get clumpy when it dries and then small particles smudge and fade under my eyes through the day. But I still love the mascara because it makes my lashes look like they are on steroids. I hate fake lashes because I suck at applying them right so I love mascaras which give me full volume with length. This one also gives your lashes a natural curl which holds throughout the day. So you can skip the torture curler. The formula is buildable so you can go from natural every day lashes to full volume in 2 coats.

It does stay on your lashes upto 12 hours . I have actually worn it for that long. I do prefer fresh opened mascara over the drier version myself because it does not clump up and also because it doesn’t make your lashes hard. Its not completely waterproof but it is water resistant so doesn’t come off easily. You will need an oil based remover at the end of the day.

My Ratings: (4/5) I completely love it but it is expensive compared to Maybelline mascara and it does clump up after the formula gets a little dry.

For reference: I do have sensitive eyes and I have done Lasik on both eyes around 5 years ago. My eyes are watery that’s why I do prefer water-poof mascaras especially for lower lashes so I’m not left with panda eyes at the end of the day.
