If you are acne-prone you must have heard Tea Tree toner can do a lot for you. Haven’t heard any such thing then I am telling you tea tree as an ingredient can do wonders. But using oil directly can sometimes be too much for some skin so that’s where toners really help.
Toner is used after cleanser and before serum/moisturizer. Not everyone is a believer in the power of toner but believe me, a good toner/mist can do wonders on how your skincare performs. It sets a base for the other products like serum & moisturizer. Good toners help these layers sink in much better.
Tea Tree toner helps when you are prone to acne or inflammation. Usually oily to combination skin prefer tea tree compared to dry skin. Some toners can be very drying so if you have dry or dehydrated skin tea tree can make it drier. So finding the one for your skin type is important.
For reference, I have dry skin so I know which toner is better for dry skin and the other ones are being tested on my cousin who has oily to combination skin. I have also added options I haven’t tried personally but totally trust the brand quality.

1. Vilvah Tea Tree Toner
This is the best tea tree toner I have tried personally. This works for all skin types even very dry dehydrated skin. The tea tree isn’t very strong but it does the job of managing and controlling your acne. It balances your skin’s pH level too. Regular use actually helps a lot when it comes to acne and skin inflammation. I use this especially in hot humid weather because that’s when I break out the most.

2. Deyga Tea Tree Toner
I like this toner but I need to top it up with another rose or any other hydrating toner since it can be a little drying for me. It is really good for oily skin since it helps control excess sebum. But this doesn’t do much for reoccurring acne. It helps soothe the one you already have but doesn’t control them from coming. This toner is a much better option for normal to oily skin, especially in the summers.

I am using their turmeric toner which is made for dry skin and it’s so beautiful that I am sure that this variant is too. This one is made for oily to combination skin especially if you suffer from acne. I will actually get this later since it helps with whiteheads and blackheads. It also helps in tightening pores.

4. Juicy Chemistry Organic Toning Mist for Acne Control with Australian Tea Tree and Basil Water
I have tried their old formula and I had truly loved it. Their new formula has few more ingredients making it much better. This one is also loved by many so it’s a very good bet that it’s a great option to try. Juicy chemistry products usually work for all skin types so I am sure even dry skin will like this one. If you get a lot of allergies or skin inflammation this is the variant to try since it’s more on the soothing side.

This toner is a little different than the rest since it has BHA which is a chemical exfoliation ingredient. That is why it is meant for oily acne-prone skin since it helps dry out the acne must faster and help control and manage reoccurring acne. The ingredients in this toner also help to keep pores clean and keep whiteheads and blackheads away.

This toner from ENN is a little strong. I have tested it out since one of my friend had it a while back. It is super cooling on the skin. Like it instantly cools your skin down by few degrees. But it can also be a little too much for sensitive skin. This toner is better for normal to oily skin who are prone to skin inflammation. It helps with drying out current acne quicker but not the best at controlling acne.

9. The Body Shop Tea Tree Skin Clearing Mattifying Toner
This one I have actually used when I had oily skin years back. It really helped me with my excessive nose blackheads and helped control acne and extra shine. I preferred a matte look and this gave me that. But if you are dry skin this one isn’t for you it can be too much. Also if you have very sensitive skin this toner is a little strong. This works better with a cotton pad and once a day is good enough. Tea tree is one of the best ranges from Body shop if you are oily acne-prone.
Caution: This one does have alcohol in it.
