Packaging:
It is quite a convenient tub packaging that comes with a small spoon so you can scoop out the product so you don’t contaminate the whole tub. Its a big tub but it’s lightweight so you can easily travel with it. The quality of the plastic of the tub is really high quality. If you are clumsy like me you would like the packing since it doesn’t break easily. There is no information on the tub itself other then the name of the brand and the name of the product. The outer box has the full information which matches the interior design of the tub.
My Experience:
I always wanted to try this since I really like DearPacker but I was skeptical because of the price but when it came in the kit offer with The Face Shop All Clear makeup remover I thought it was a good offer also since my Best friend told me the makeup remover is really good so I went for it and I am glad because I love them both.
It is a cream-based overnight mask. They say you can use it in the day too which you can but I like using this as a sleeping mask. It works best at night. It is super mild and easy to use which makes it perfect for all skin types even sensitive skin. It does have a mild scent but it’s not overpowering in any way. It’s flowery/citrusy and soothing and goes away in a few minutes of application.
If you have dry skin or if you suffer from dry patches on your skin then this is something you would definitely love. It gets absorbed super easily on the skin. If you have combination to oily skin then it will look dewy for a while on the skin just give it some time to sink in. This gives you the perfect kind of nourishment at night that you wake up with hydrated plump skin in the morning.
This is mild enough to use in combination with Acids, AHA & BHA. It doesn’t react with other ingredients and gives the kind of nourishment you need after using AHA, BHA and other acids. I love using this with Pixie Glow Tonic which has Glycolic acid.
This is no muss or no fuss moisture mask. Now if you have dry skin you can also use this in the day so its a good option, especially in the winters. Also a little goes a long way. This tub will last you a while. I have been using this for over a month and I feel like I haven’t made a dent. So in the long term perspective, it’s affordable.
My Recommendation:
I bought this in a kit that comes with All Clear Makeup remover by The Face Shop and I love using that a lot so I think the kit is totally worth it. If the kit is still available I would say go for that instead.
