1. Himalaya Youth Eternity Under Eye Cream
This under eye cream from Himalaya is infused with Edelweiss Plant Stem Cell technology to softly nourish your sensitive under eye skin and boost elasticity. It reduces dark circles, crow’s feet, wrinkles, and fine lines from your under eye skin. This miracle worker also tackles puffy eyes – all in a few weeks’ time.
Stem Cell Technology: This breakthrough technology helps in preventing premature signs of aging. The Edelweiss Plant contains a high amount of leontopodic acids A and B that help in boosting skin elasticity and providing hydration.
Ingredients: While ingredients like Edelweiss Plant, Cipadessa Baccifera, Rose Myrtle, Woodfordia improve the elasticity of your skin, amla acts as an antioxidant for the skin.
Price: Rs 525/- for 15 ml
Packaging: The tube is white with gold screw cap. Its small and compact. Brand name and product name and details are printed on the tube. The quality of the packaging is good.
Formula: The formula is gel like serum and is very light weight and non-sticky. It absorbs into the skin quickly. It is moisturizing and gives your under eye a fresh feeling without making it greasy. It can be used before makeup, infact it helps concealer to go on smoothly on top.
Experience: You have to use the cream twice once in the day and once at night for a month regularly to see a proper difference. It doesn’t brighten your under eyes as such but its definitely moisturizing. It helps with the puffiness over a period of time. Its great for people who don’t have any major issues like dark circles, because it doesn’t reduce that. Its more suitable for young people with less to no under eye issues.
Rating:
(Over all I love this eye cream in the day before applying concealer as its super moisturizing and helps the concealer go on smoothly. But for night time I would prefer something more heavy duty.)
,,,,,,2. Himalaya Herbals Youth Eternity Day Cream SPF 15
Youth Eternity Day Cream is specially designed to address skin problems like:
- Fine lines and wrinkles
- Age spots and pigmentation
- Photo-aging
- Visible pores
Also recommended for:
- Softening your skin
- Increasing skin hydration
- Improving the Skin Cell Matrix to fight signs of aging
- Deeply moisturizing the skin
- Achieving an even skin tone and enhancing skin luminance
Price: Rs 99/- for 10 ml
Rs 249/- for 20 ml
Rs 465/- for 50 ml
Packaging: Now this comes in different sizing. The 20ml and 30ml packaging is the same whereas the 10ml packaging is small tube. The bottle is white with transparent cover. The best part is it comes with a pump which is quite an upgrade packaging for Himalaya. As this cream comes in different sizing which is great for day cream as it makes it perfect for traveling. The quality of the plastic is good and sturdy. (The 10ml price is cheaper then two 20ml price because the 20ml bottle comes with a pump where as the 10ml is just a small tube)
Formula: When you first pump it out the cream looks slight pinkish in color. But it does blend into nothing. The consistency is not very thick neither thin. Its perfect formula that blends out easily into the skin. It does have slight flowery scent but it doesn’t last long. The cream has SPF so its important to blend otherwise it will leave a white cast. But it doesn’t have flashback in photos once its absorbed into the skin. It makes your skin all smooth and soft. This kind of formula works for both dry skin as well as oily skin.
Experience: I use this cream on a regular basis as I actually love the way it makes my skin feel. And the SPF is an added bonus. When I am stepping out and I want light coverage I mix this cream with a few drops of my foundation. The cream mixes well with other creams, foundations and even facial oil (for that extra glow). It also works as a great primer (base before makeup). This cream is quite moisturizing but I do mix a few drops of facial oil during winter as my skin is very dry.
Ratings:
(Its my favorite from the whole Youth Eternity range as it works in many different ways and its very affordable. Infact I carry the 10ml tube of it in my handbag as it can be applied over makeup too.)
,,3. Himalaya Herbals Youth Eternity Night Cream
Youth Eternity Night Cream is specially designed to address skin problems like:
- Fine lines
- Wrinkles
Also recommended for:
- Improving and achieving an even skin tone
- Improving skin elasticity and hydration
- Smoothing your skin
Price: Rs 499/- for 50ml
Packaging: The packaging is similar to the day cream, but the night cream comes only in 50ml size. It has a pump which helps control the amount you want to dispense.
Formula: The formula is thicker then the day cream but not very thick. It blends easily and it absorbs quickly. Its non-sticky and doesn’t make you look greasy. It does have a flowery scent, stronger then the day cream and it does stay on the skin for a while.
Experience: I have used this cream for a while and because I have dry skin I prefer this cream in summers over winters. Its an amazing night cream for normal to oily skin. Because the cream is light weight and it doesn’t clog your pores. To see any difference you have to use this cream for a month regularly. It doesn’t give instant effects. One bottle will last you a month if used regularly.
Ratings:
(This is my least used product from the range. As the cream hasn’t done anything other then make it feel soft right after application)
